  All applicants must have a strong love of children, patience, sense of humor, endurance, willingness to learn and grow, and a belief that young children learn through play.  
  There are more than forty programs in Cambridge and Somerville Community Partnerships for Children. These programs are seeking qualified, caring individuals to teach in their early childhood programs. We also recruit substitute teachers and teaching assistants.
